Although Shari does not work directly with Strauss clients, she has played an integral role in our organization since November 2018. As Operations Manager, Shari ensures that Strauss runs like a well-oiled machine.
A tenacious go-getter, Shari is always looking for the most efficient and effective solutions to any task. With the capability to complete complex reports and deliver results, Shari is both impressive and admirable. She is a strong and driven leader who is committed to the satisfaction of all Strauss clients.
When Shari is not developing policies or leading a staff meeting, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on long runs, and reading. Her favourite book is Pieces of Her by Karen Slaughter.
