Katrina is a membership master; she is an expert in member recruitment, retention, and engagement. Her work as the membership manager for the Promotional Product Professionals of Canada (PPPC) has resulted in increased membership and board satisfaction since her start with Strauss in September 2018.
One of Katrina’s proudest moments working with Strauss was providing event support to the Rady JCC Annual Sports Dinner, where she managed the guest speaker, former MLB player Alex Rodriguez. The evening was full of last-minute hiccups and Katrina was there to make sure everything ran smoothly; the event turned out as if nothing had gone astray!
She is a proud mom of two teenage boys who are always running around from sport to sport and activity to activity. As a mom, Katrina is always cheering them on from the sidelines and watching with admiration as they grow into men.
