Alana R. Mazurak

Association Coordinator

204-975-8203 ext. 220

Our personable, positive, and hard-working Association Coordinator Alana is a valuable member of the Strauss team. Responsible for member relations, board support, and ensuring that all administration flows smoothly, Alana is integral to the operation of various Strauss clients. Alana listens to her clients’ needs. It is gratifying for her to be able to help a client feel heard, and even more so when I can provide them with what they want and need.

With professional experience in administration, sales, and hospitality, Alana has the perfect background to serve association members. In a previous position as a Medical Administrative Assistant, Alana was able to learn the complex, continuously evolving medical world while working in a fast-paced environment. This experience has helped her to understand the environment of medical professionals, many of whom are members of associations with which Alana works.

Alana has also worked in the association management field before, giving her a strong insight into the needs and desires of association members. She can quickly grasp the time sensitive nature of the day-to-day, along with the fact that members should feel heard, seen, and valued by their support team. Alana exceeds expectations when providing this validation to members!

Alana is double jointed! If she clasps her hands together, she step through them and bring them all the way around her back!

After her workday, Alana enjoys running, reading, gardening, and camping. Her ideal vacation is a long camping trip with lots of hiking and paddling – she loves to work hard and sweat on a holiday, followed up with a good dip in the lake!
